Job summary

Equinox in Chicago is seeking Membership Advisors to drive club memberships and ancillary packages through strategic outreach and excellent member service.

Under the guidance of club leadership, you will host events, secure referrals, and build lasting relationships with members to sustain growth and high service standards. This role requires a passion for health and fitness, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in sales or membership sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events/workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
