OnTrac is seeking a HUB Operations Manager in Chicago, IL to lead facility operations, optimize day-to-day workflows, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage personnel, implement strategic processes, and sustain a positive work culture while coordinating with vendors and independent contractors to ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; bachelor's in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience; 2 in similar industry, or equivalent combination.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; combination of experience and education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations; report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions.
• Ensure adherence to the contract; collaborate with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement.
