Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required, Series 79 preferred.
• Proven track record of executing complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of corporate finance transactions including equity offerings and debt issuances.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client deliverables.
