Paul Hastings is seeking an Associate with four to eight years of litigation experience to join our rapidly-growing practice in Chicago. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile matters with a collaborative team that prioritizes associate development and mentorship.

Ideal candidates will come in ready to handle cases from inception through trial. Experience managing cases and junior associates is a plus. Experience with the CFTC and Commodity Exchange Act are also preferred but not required.

Outstanding academic credentials and law firm or governmental experience are required, and a federal clerkship and law journal experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must also be admitted to the IL Bar.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
