The salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 and a maximum of $310,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in antitrust and competition law
• Experience with government investigations and enforcement actions
• Experience in civil antitrust litigation, including discovery and pretrial motions
• Ability to manage complex cases
• Experience representing clients in state and federal court

Responsibilities

• Sitting in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco or New York offices and handling antitrust matters
• Representing clients before enforcement authorities such as DOJ and FTC
• Assisting with government and internal investigations and related enforcement actions
