Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in securities/capital markets law.
• Experience advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt offerings, including IPOs.
• Admission to practice and in good standing in New York.

Paul Hastings' Securities & Capital Markets team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with at least three to five years of experience for our premier global practice. Candidates must have significant experience advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.

Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials and client management skills are required. Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm is preferred.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
