Job description

Paul Hastings' Securities & Capital Markets team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with at least three to five years of experience for our premier global practice. Candidates must have significant experience advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
