Position Summary:The Family Supportive Housing (FSH) Program Coordinator provides bilingual housing navigation, outreach, and program coordination services in support of Foundation Communities' Family Supportive Housing programs. This position serves as a key point of contact for individuals and families seeking housing opportunities and supportive services, helping ensure equitable access to housing resources and program information.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing Family Supportive Housing waitlists, conducting community outreach, coordinating housing inquiries, maintaining applicant records, and supporting placement efforts for eligible families. This role works closely with Property Management, Program Staff, Compliance, and community partners to promote housing stability and reduce barriers to housing access. The Program Coordinator also assists with volunteer and intern coordination and helps connect applicants to community resources when Foundation Communities housing is not immediately available. This position reports directly to the Intake Program Manager.

This is a full-time position working a 40-hour work week, $23.50- 26.14
