Color Factory in Chicago, IL is seeking an Experience Specialist to join our seasonal, part-time team. You will welcome guests, guide them through interactive installations, and help maintain the high-quality experience that makes Color Factory unique.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs is a plus, and a passion for joyful, inclusive experiences is a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Experience Specialist (ES) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, safe, and joyful environment for all guests. This position is responsible for engaging with guests, maintaining the overall experience quality, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Color Factory’s values and artistic vision.
