What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Offer companionship, kindness, and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Follow individualized care plans developed by our nursing team
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• ValidNew Jersey CHHA license(Required)
• High school diploma or GED
• ️ Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ️ Ability to work independently and responsibly
