Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in clients' lives. Join a growing team that values caregivers and provides flexible scheduling and strong support.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans under the nurse's guidance. A New Jersey CHHA license is required, along with reliable transportation and a commitment

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
