Home Helpers Home Care in Allendale, NJ, is seeking compassionate CHHAs to join our growing team. We offer both part-time flexibility and full-time schedules, with shifts mornings, afternoons, weekdays, and weekends in clients' homes.

This is non-medical home care. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them live safely and independently, with companionship and support in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA certification required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable caregiver.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support.
• Offer medication reminders and help maintain daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings.

About the role

Home Helpers is a home care agency based in Allendale, NJ, and we're looking for compassionate, certified CHHAs to join our growing team.
