Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support families while following a nurse-provided care plan.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ CHHA license, demonstrate reliability and professionalism, and possess excellent communication skills. A driver’s license with reliable transportation is preferred, and background health screenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
