Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans set by the nurse.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
