Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a growing team in New Jersey. You will support clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain safety and comfort in the home, following individualized care plans.

We value caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. A valid New Jersey CHHA license, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation are preferred, along with passing background checks

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
