Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a growing team in New Jersey. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support caregivers with medication reminders.

Responsibilities

• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
