Stand Out Home Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join a growing team in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering compassionate daily living assistance, companionship, and adherence to individualized care plans in clients' homes.

Qualified applicants will hold a NJ CHHA license, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
