Serenity Hospice Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our Middlesex County team. Must hold a valid CHHA license in NJ to be considered. Overtime opportunities are available, with training and benefits.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and communicating with families and patients. Prior hospice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA license in New Jersey is required.
• Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in the Middlesex County area. . This team will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid CHHA License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

Requirements:
