Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are dedicated to delivering compassionate in-home care and helping clients stay independent. This position serves the Hillsdale area with flexible shifts to fit your life.

Formación

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.

• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
