Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality in-home care and meaningful companionship. This growing agency emphasizes compassionate service and professional conduct across its Hamilton-based team.

As a CHHA, you will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and document care while delivering supportive, respectful service. A NJ CHHA license is required, with high school diploma and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
