Job summary

Qualicare is hiring a Care Aide to deliver compassionate, in-home care to clients in their own homes. You will follow personalized care plans under the supervision of our local Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and documenting care activities. Active HHA certification and CPR/First Aid are required or willingness to obtain; travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Home Health Aide certification.
• CPR/First Aid AED current or willingness to obtain.
• TB test or chest X-ray.
• Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas.
• Comfort using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
• Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.
• Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
