As a Care Aide, you’ll help clients feel safe and supported in their own homes. You’ll follow personalized care plans and work under the guidance of our local Care Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
- Support mobility and assist with physical therapies and exercises.
- Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
- Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
Skills Required
- Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred.
- Comfort using a smartphone for schedules and documentation (support available if needed).
- Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards.
- Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient.
Requirements
- Active certification in Home Health Aide or prior experience as a caregiver (certification is a plus).
- CPR/First Aid AED certification or willingness to obtain.
- TB test or chest X‑ray.
- Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation.
