Job summary

Qualicare Princeton is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to support clients in Princeton and surrounding areas. You will follow personalized care plans, provide in-home health services, and document care activities using a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred.
• Comfort using a smartphone for schedules and documentation.
• Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards.
• Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature.
• Active and Certified in Home Health Aide or prior caregiver experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
• Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.
• Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
