Synergy HomeCare of Mid-Jersey is seeking a NJ-licensed Certified Home Health Aide to support a male client in Leonardo, New Jersey, 9am-12pm, Mon/Wed/Fri.

This part-time role focuses on personal care, meals, housekeeping, and safe home assistance, with supervision by our care team. Flexible scheduling and reliable, compassionate care are valued.

Qualifications

• NJ State Licensed Certified Home Health Aide credential required.
• Experience with personal care as per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in the client's care plan.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup.
• Perform homemaking and laundry tasks.
• Maintain kitchen and bathroom as directed.
• Report to supervisor and managerial staff.

We provide non-medical home health services to cities throughout an area that includes Monmouth, Mercer, Burlington, and Ocean Counties. Our office is currently looking for NJ State Licensed Certified Home Health Aides to staff "personal care" cases throughout Mid-Jersey.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the position

• -Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
• -Demonstrate competency in all areas of meal preparation and clean-up
• -Demonstrate competency in all areas of homemaking and laundry
• -Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• -Report directly to the managerial staff and your appointed supervisor
