Physical Therapist - Inpatient and Outpatient Setting
Location: Keene, NH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $37-$52
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will work with patients to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities resulting from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific conditions and goals.
-Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
-Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
-Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
-Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and community outreach programs as needed.
Qualifications:
-Licensure: Active Physical Therapy license in NH or eligibility to obtain licensure.
-Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
-Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Work Schedule:
