Job summary

DMA Industries, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to efficiently fill customer orders by selecting products from high racks with a cherry picker. You will prepare orders for shipment, inspect stock for defects, and verify counts using mobile devices in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires standing and operating a cherry picker up to 25–30 feet, with focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Prior experience with high-bay racking and order picking is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cherry picker to retrieve items from high racks (up to 25–30 feet) using pick lists.
• Retrieve and prepare merchandise for shipment following company guidelines.
• Examine stock for defects, report issues to supervisors, and verify counts using electronic devices.
• Track daily performance using the Labor Tracker Metrics System and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area and support other departments as needed.
