Wayfair in Lathrop, CA is seeking a PIV (Cherry Picker) Operator for a seasonal, full‑time role. Pay ranges from $23.75/hour to $25.75/hour, with potential overtime and shift bonuses.

You will handle furniture orders, use scanners to track inventory, and perform quality checks to ensure safe, accurate shipments. You should be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with team effort, and you may operate MHE equipment when certified.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 8+ hours in a warehouse environment.

• Read and comprehend English to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move furniture orders and inventory.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and locations.
• Perform quality checks, assembly (deluxing), repackaging, labeling and sorting.
• Operate MHE (order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks) when certified.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the area clean and organized.
