Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as an order picker or warehouse position.
• Experience or license in handling order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker to access inventory at various heights.
• Use RF devices to scan and verify items during picking.
• Perform accurate and timely order picking based on pick lists.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the order picker and report issues.
• Ensure quality of picked materials and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities.
• Meet unit per hour targets for each picking channel.
• Maintain an organized and clean picking area.
