Job summary

Bergen Logistics, LLC in Rutherford, NJ, is seeking an Inventory Driver to ensure accurate and timely handling of products within our warehouse.

You will operate warehouse equipment, perform cycle counts, label items, locate products, restock, and uphold health and safety standards while communicating in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as an order picker or warehouse position.
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with RF devices.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Add, remove, maintain, and organize incoming & current products.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep track of inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
• Properly label and categorize items for easy identification.
• Locate products using technology and machinery.
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy.
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
