Job summary

Wilmar LLC is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver in Kent, WA to pick customer orders and move product within a busy warehouse. This swing-shift role runs Mon-Thu 2:30 pm–12:00 am and Fri 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, with safety as a top priority and mandatory pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities include filling orders, retrieving merchandise, labeling items, maintaining a clean work area, and cooperating with warehouse management to ensure accurate stock and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• One year order picking experience in a warehouse.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions and work orders in English.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dock.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure order accuracy.
• Sort and place materials on racks or bins by size, type, or product code.
• Mark materials with identifying information as required.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, following safety policies.
• Operate forklift and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with Warehouse Managers about stock location and changes.
