Job summary

Dogwood Industries is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our factory in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The role focuses on safe and efficient receipt and storage of materials, including heavy items up to 30,000 lbs.

We offer a weekday or weekend shift with a shift differential for weekends, competitive hourly pay from $28 to $36, health and retirement benefits, and a safety-focused work environment. Applicants must have 2+ years forklift experience, read/write English, understand material handling

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a forklift operator, ideally in an industrial setting moving heavy materials.
• Ability to read and write English
• Knowledge of various material handling equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from incoming trucks
• Move and unload materials throughout the factory
• General shipping and receiving duties, storage, and yard cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
