Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our Knoxville distribution center. Training will be provided for all equipment; prior cherry picker or fork truck experience is preferred but not required.

You will handle inventory using RF scanners and support various warehouse tasks in a climate-controlled environment. The starting pay is $16.10/hour with regular performance reviews and a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, plus benefits and bonus

Qualifications

• Must pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
• Store, maintain, stage and transfer ingredients and finished goods with inventory accuracy via RF scanners.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage in receiving area.
• Maintain FIFO and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients and other materials.
• Maintain warehouse areas in accordance with GMP cleanliness and safety guidelines.
