Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician with TN license or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with chemotherapy admixture preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medications to fulfill orders.
• Review orders for accuracy.
• Prepare aseptically, calculate dilutions and final concentrations of drugs.
• Maintain the admixture area in accordance with clean room guidelines.
• Manage inventory and logs per protocol.
• Collaborate with clinic staff on patient care activities.
• Support automated dispensing devices under supervision.
