Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking a Chemline Production Technician III to support Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC)®. You will process and clean tool chamber parts using chemical and manual methods, in a cleanroom or chemical processing environment.

The role requires following SOPs and safety protocols, plus completing training on assigned processes while maintaining a tidy, safe work area and reporting progress toward production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• AA degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing processes or materials.
• Media blast experience is a plus.
• Quality Assurance experience preferred.
• Kaizen or Lean training a plus.
• Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies preferred.
• Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.
• Computer literate with MS Word and Excel.
• Flexible work schedule including some weekend/evening work.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Process parts utilizing both chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Receive, process, wipe, scrub, mask, chemical processing, machine operation, etching, blasting, coating, drying, baking as needed.
• Follow SOPs, Lean manufacturing processes, company policies and practices.
• Complete training on assigned processes.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of the process area.
• Learn and understand a variety of tank chemistries.
• Prepare chemistry tanks following the chemical recipe.
• Attend monthly meetings and training programs.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow disposal directions.
• Participate in safety programs and training.
• Maintain safety and environmental awareness and 6S practices.
• Advance skills and learn new processes.
