We partner with companies including OpenAI, Meta, and Microsoft to enable advanced generative AI models to provide accurate responses and advanced reasoning capabilities.

We are seeking experienced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

1. Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
2. Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
3. Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
2. Strong research background with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions preferred.
3. Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
4. Bonus: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.

Payment:

1. Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location.
2. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.
3. Rates vary depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments are also possible.
