Required Expertise and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Ability to read and write in English with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Payment:

• Rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on location and expertise.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.
• Rates depend on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Some projects may include incentive payments.
