Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Required expertise and qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (current enrollment acceptable)
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions (strongly preferred)
• English proficiency: ability to read and write with minimal errors
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful)

Payment: Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on location, expertise, and performance. Opportunities for higher-paying research projects may be available.

Additional details: Rates depend on factors like expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other considerations. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Non-core work, such as onboarding or overtime, may have different rates. Some projects include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
