We are seeking advanced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

• Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry
• Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding
• Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor

Required expertise and qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions (strong preference)
• English proficiency: ability to read and write with minimal errors

Bonus skills: AI model training experience is not required but helpful.

Payment details

Currently, pay rates for core project work by Chemistry experts range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on geographic location, expertise, skills assessment, project need, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects may include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
