Georgia Gwinnett College is now accepting applications for part-time faculty positions in Chemistry in the School of Science & Technology for the academic year 2026-2027. The posting will remain active for AY 26-27 hiring (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Part‑time faculty positions are semester‑based and report directly to the Department Chair. Courses may be delivered face‑to‑face, online, hybrid or blended. These positions are on an as‑needed basis. Positions require additional time outside of class to provide written feedback to students and to meet individually with students throughout the semester. Part‑time faculty may teach in the fall, spring, and/or summer semesters. Classes are offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.
A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
