What You'll Do

• Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical soundness, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model outputs

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
• Familiarity with AI systems or large language models
• Background in multiple chemistry subfields
