Qualifications

• Certification: one of MT-AMT/MT-ASCP/MT-NCA recommended.

Responsibilities

• Trains new employees and students.
• Oversees data collection.
• Liaison to Pathology.
• Performs laboratory procedures and records test results.
• Manages specimens for analysis and communicates critical values.
• Performs quality control testing and QC oversight.
• Performs instrument maintenance/calibration and troubleshooting.
• Oversees section supply chain.
• Provides CPT updates and coding review.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
