Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory staff to ensure quality, deadlines, and procedures.
• Provide quality control and document test results; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare work schedules and prioritize coverage during shortages or equipment failure.
• Guide staff on policy, procedures, and quality controls; resolve escalated issues.
• Recruit, interview and evaluate personnel; train students and staff on techniques.
• Maintain licensing/certification records and manage inventory and equipment planning.
