Qualifikationen

• ASCP certification within 180 days should be pursued when feasible.

• Serve as subject matter expert for the assigned area and assist other employees with questions and issues that arise.
• Analyze patient, control and proficiency testing specimens and record results in a timely manner according to laboratory policy.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality improvement activities for the department.
• Follows and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains a laboratory of constant readiness.
• Instructs, orients and mentors students, employees, residents, patients and other health care providers as applicable.
