Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking Chemistry Experts to design challenging tasks that assess AI agents' chemical reasoning — mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation. You will create original tasks, reference solutions, and evaluate frontier models using reaction schemes, spectra, and analytical data.

This remote, project-based engagement offers flexible hours and compensation of US$80–US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or a related field, or equivalent lab expertise.
• Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience.
• Comfortable across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.
• Experience interpreting spectra and evaluating synthetic routes.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks on reaction mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical/spectral interpretation.
• Develop reference solutions that account for reaction conditions and lab safety.
• Evaluate output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra.
• Identify chemically unsound reasoning and overlooked conditions.
• Define criteria for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.
