Alignerr is seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert to help design and evaluate AI systems for chemistry problems. This remote, hourly contract role leverages your deep knowledge from undergraduate through graduate-level topics and does not require prior AI experience.

You will craft rigorous problems, create solution walkthroughs, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning while collaborating with research teams across disciplines.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills across advanced chemistry domains.
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required.

About The Role

We're looking for chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve the next generation of AI systems. Your deep subject knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems - from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role working alongside leading AI research teams. No prior AI experience is required - your chemistry expertise is what matters.
