Anyone AI is seeking Chemistry Experts to design challenging tasks that assess AI agents’ ability to perform chemical reasoning, mechanisms, and synthesis routes. You will create original tasks, reference solutions, and evaluate frontier models using reaction schemes, spectra, and analytical data.

The role offers project-based engagement with flexible hours, remote work options, and compensation ranging from US$80 to US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or related field.
• Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent hands-on lab experience.
• Comfortable across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.
• Experience interpreting spectra and evaluating synthetic routes.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks on reaction mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical/spectral interpretation.
• Develop reference solutions that account for reaction conditions and lab safety.
• Evaluate output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra.
• Identify chemically unsound reasoning and overlooked conditions.
• Define criteria for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.
