Pace Analytical Services is seeking a chemist to perform and oversee standard chemistry/biochemistry analyses, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality controls. You will review results, manage documentation, calibrate equipment, and assist teams with project objectives in a busy lab environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemistry/biochemistry and experience with standard analytical instruments. This is a full-time, on-site position in Fort Mill, SC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with standard chemistry/biochemistry testing procedures and SOPs.
• Familiarity with instruments and QA in lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis using standard instrumentation and SOPs to perform testing.
• Review, analyze, and document testing results.
• Audit and manage lab documents and databases for QA.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; prepare samples and related areas.
• Prepare routine reports and communicate findings to staff and management.
• Collaborate with teams to meet project objectives and timelines.
