Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry from an accredited institution.
• OR Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences, Forensics, Pharmacy.
• IDS/ISC courses evaluated on a course-by-course basis as these courses are interdisciplinary in nature.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post course syllabi in the format required by the College.
• Prepare for and deliver lectures, labs, or studios according to assigned schedule.
• Utilize instructional materials to plan and deliver effective teaching.
• Develop or modify assignments and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Grade student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with CANVAS and department guidelines.
