Job summary

SGS is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform analysis and reporting on chemical samples such as Amine, Glycol and Resin. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science, plus direct lab experience and the ability to work safely and precisely.

You will operate a Gas Chromatograph and other laboratory equipment, provide guidance to technicians, and ensure accurate documentation while complying with SGS standards. This position is full-time and on-site.

• Must have a chemistry degree or equivalent lab experience.
• Proficiency with laboratory safety and reporting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analyses on Amine, Glycol, and Resin.
• Operate Gas Chromatograph and other lab equipment.
• Provide guidance to Laboratory Technicians and maintain training.
• Update and maintain accurate analytical reports.
• Adhere to SGS safety and ethics standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
