Job summary

SI Group seeks an experienced process development professional to design and lead development efforts and troubleshoot existing products. You will work independently with guidance, and may supervise technicians in daily lab activities.

The role emphasizes technical service to customers, problem-solving for quality issues, and collaboration with Process Technology Management on project goals.

Qualifications

• Conduct process development as directed by the Process Technology Manager
• Provide effectively written and verbal reports as required
• Provide technical service to internal and external customers through resolution of quality problems and customer complaints
• Conduct research with minimum supervision and achieve goals agreed with Process Technology Manager
• Participate in Process Hazard Analysis of new and existing site processes
• Guide daily activities of technicians

Responsibilities

• Process Development: conduct development work as directed and report outcomes
• Project Management: support plant operations and customers with technical and hands-on input
• Maintain Compliance: adhere to EH&S and ISO 9000 standards and keep clean, safe lab practices
