Job summary

Indorama Ventures seeks a senior scientist to lead product and process developments across chemical and petrochemical lines. You will apply life cycle assessment concepts from cradle-to-grave while guiding analytical projects and method development for QC labs.

You will develop methods to analyze samples, support claims, and present findings to customers and internal teams. Opportunity to work across PMOx projects and deliver comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemistry, or polymer chemistry/engineering required plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemistry, or polymer chemistry/engineering with 4 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemistry, or polymer chemistry/engineering with no commercial experience in the chemical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and process developments of chemical and petrochemical compounds.
• Develop methods to analyze samples or applications testing to prove claims.
• Present results to internal and external customers.
• Prepare internal and customer documents, reports, and presentations.
